PHASE 1 : CONCEPT DESIGN

Ascertain client’s requirements, examine site area and made a conceptual design, discussion with references and presentation.

PHASE 2: SCHEMATIC DESIGN

Obtain clients approval of the scheme, report the building estimation cost in approximation and getting approval of architect’s services in connection with preliminary stage have been completed.

PHASE 3: MODELLING AND RENDERING

Preparing a 3D model for the finalised scheme and getting client’s approval after a prolonged discussion.

PHASE 4 : PRE-EXECUTION

Having finalised the planning, and preparing the working drawing and the following drawings for all the floors.

PHASE 5: DETAILED DRAWING

Preparing brick work drawing, doors and windows opening details, still plate detail, lintel beam and sunshade details, roof beam, roof slab, door and window working drawings, for all floors.

PHASE 6: SPECIAL DETAILS

Giving special details for walls, elevation, window openings, wall openings, steps, lobby, hand rails, window joineries etc.

PHASE 7: SERVICE ORIENTED

Plumbing working drawing, electrical working drawing, doors and windows fixtures working drawing, colouring scheme for building.
